Upon graduating from Law School, Ms. Lederman was recruited by the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons in 1995. Ms. Lederman practiced law for the Federal Government until returning to Texas in 2000 as an Assistant District Attorney for Tarrant County, Texas. Ms. Lederman has been in private practice since 2001.
Ms. Lederman is an active member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. She is a licensed attorney through the State Bar of Texas and the State of Maryland as well as the Northern District of Texas.
She earned her Juris Doctorate at the St. Mary’s University School of Law, and is an undergraduate of the Stephen F. Austin State University.
